Operator - Transfer Station

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and bulldozers
• Assist drivers and the public with correct load placement
• Load and move dry waste for compaction and coverage
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in line with established procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain site standards
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a professional image

Requirements

• Valid Plant Operator tickets
• Forklift license
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to safety and ability to work both independently and in a team
