Operator Support Team Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team through the maintenance and cleaning of cleanrooms and GMP facilities
• Perform timely cleaning of production equipment, including lyophilizers, distribution apparatus, and rotary evaporators
• Operate large-scale equipment washers, including the packaging of washed items within cleanroom environments
• Maintain internal material and glassware storage areas
• Conduct microbiological tasks such as air sampling and surface testing in cleanrooms
• Perform weekly purified water sampling and manage waste disposal
• Ensure all tasks are completed in strict compliance with safety regulations (SGU) and GMP guidelines

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical or food technology sector
• Experience in cleanroom cleaning within a pharmaceutical or food industry environment
• Strong technical understanding and a highly clean, quality-conscious way of working
• Physical robustness and the ability to work in shift operations
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Flexibility and a motivated, willing-to-learn attitude
