Operator Support Team Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team through the maintenance and cleaning of cleanrooms and GMP facilities
• Perform timely cleaning of production equipment, including lyophilizers, distribution apparatus, and rotary evaporators
• Operate large-scale industrial washing machines, including the packaging of cleaned items in cleanroom environments
• Maintain internal material and glassware storage areas
• Conduct microbiological tasks such as airborne germ determination and surface sampling
• Perform weekly purified water sampling for cleanroom and GZS systems
• Manage waste disposal and order necessary consumables for the active ingredient departments
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations (SGU) and GMP guidelines

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical or food technology sector
• Experience in cleanroom cleaning within a pharmaceutical or food industry environment
• Strong technical understanding and a highly clean, reliable working style
• Physical robustness and the ability to work in a shift-based environment
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn
