Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and release orders to the Material Handling team to ensure efficient order flow
• Manage the warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and timely
• Generate essential shipping documentation including BOLs, SED, invoices, and packing lists for domestic and international shipments
• Access customer and third-party logistics portals to obtain specific shipping instructions
• Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and written correspondence with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers
• Support warehouse management with various shipping functions as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as required
