Operator QC

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection operations according to control plans and instructions
• Operate measuring and testing equipment to ensure product standards
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections
• Communicate with shift masters and leaders when non-conforming products are detected
• Take responsibility for the correct segregation of non-conforming products
• Provide continuous alerts regarding production defects
• Assist in the operation of production line machinery such as conveyors and wrappers

Requirements

• High school education
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and meticulousness
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (morning and night) on a short/long week rotation
• On-site presence at the Plzeň plant is required

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in quality control
• Knowledge of measuring methods and tools
