Operator - Production

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production processes to manufacture assemblies and finished products according to strict specifications
• Perform equipment start-up, line clearance, and changeover procedures during order changes
• Load production equipment with parts and manage bins and trays according to specifications
• Conduct visual inspections of parts and take sample lots for quality assurance
• Maintain accurate production documentation, including lot changes, quantities in MES, and validation records
• Perform cleaning activities for machines, handling equipment, and the surrounding work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process

Requirements

• At least a 2-year apprenticeship as a machine and equipment operator, or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of machine and equipment operation
• A solid, structured way of working
