Operator Packaging

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished aluminum containers to ensure quality standards.
• Operate packaging machinery, including strapping machines, and perform strap changes to maintain process flow.
• Perform quality inspections on container attributes, shoulders, and rims.
• Segregate and review non-conforming material for correction or release.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of machines and production lines.
• Print identification labels for pallets using the JD Edwards system.
• Comply with all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement programs and assist in training new personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria).
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven skills in quality inspection and machine operation.
• Ability to follow strict safety and operational protocols.
