Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating processes on customer products, such as cutting tools
• Set products into jigs and handle the removal of finished items
• Operate coating machines and other specialized equipment
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and management
• Maintain workplace organization following 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work shift patterns (e.g., morning or late shifts)
