Responsibilities
- Detect, analyze, and identify incidents using monitoring tools for critical services and sites
- Escalate and follow up on incidents with various providers
- Communicate incident status and evolution to involved teams
- Generate procedural reports and documentation
- Propose improvements for incident management tools
- Review and validate changes to critical services according to defined regulations
- Support and coordinate with providers during the execution of relevant changes
- Maintain clear and constant communication regarding change status
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in incident management and follow-up
- Experience in telephone support for users and providers
- Experience in operation environments and control centers
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (Remedy is highly valued)
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of spoken and written Catalan (mandatory)
