Operator

Responsibilities

• Commission, operate, and monitor industrial facilities and equipment within the CH production process.
• Ensure the safe operation of CH industrial facilities, including field and inter-field pipelines and central facilities.
• Monitor, document, and analyze operating parameters and report deviations to management.
• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and maintenance tasks within your scope of competence.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of external contractors on-site.
• Prepare and verify production data for accurate reporting and accounting.
• Act independently to intervene in case of operational disturbances or abnormal operating conditions.

Requirements

• Technical vocational qualification (technician or specialized skilled worker).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and constructive collaboration skills.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Ability to work in a continuous shift system (day and night shifts).
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently and responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in mining safety, fire protection, first aid, or safety technology.
• Pressure vessel operator certification or ADR 1-3 certification.
• Basic professional knowledge in the oil industry, mechanical engineering, control engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Experience with DeltaV or PLC process control systems.
