Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations within the Northern Virginia region
• Secure and manage strategic partnerships with local football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff members
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience to maintain player retention
• Continuously improve and scale local operations using the provided operating model

Requirements

• Deep passion for football (soccer) with strong local market insight
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a drive for measurable results
• Proven experience in operations, event management, or community building
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Ability to take full ownership of a local venture and drive its success
