Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations within the Charlotte market
• Secure and manage strategic partnerships with local football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience for all participants
• Continuously improve and scale local operations

Requirements

• Deep passion for football (soccer) with strong local market insight
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
• Experience in operations, event management, or community building
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Ability to drive measurable results in a performance-driven environment
