Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Seoul
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience
• Continuously improve and scale operations

Requirements

• Passion for football with strong local insight
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Experience in operations, events, or community building
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Ability to take ownership and drive measurable results
