About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead production processes by setting up resin dryers and verifying machine readiness prior to production
  • Monitor equipment performance and perform minor mechanical adjustments
  • Conduct and document in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
  • Verify material correctness and pull parts/stage batches according to Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Manage inventory transactions using scanners and the Business Enterprise System
  • Perform line clearances, housekeeping, and replenishment of PPE and production supplies
  • Support team development by administering training and assisting with end-of-month inventory processes

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Minor mechanical troubleshooting ability
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and climb ladders
  • Capability to work in a Class I Controlled Environment with specific gowning requirements
  • Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and during plant shutdowns as required
