Operator III, Molding & Tooling Production Operations

Responsibilities

• Operate molding tools and equipment to handle complex manual or operational tasks with minimal supervision
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and fixtures, monitoring quality statistically to ensure compliance
• Handle materials and operate automated equipment within the manufacturing facility
• Troubleshoot medical device molds and resolve minor operational issues as they arise
• Participate in mold changes, optical tool inspection, assembly, set-up, and line clearance
• Operate solvent supply and disposal systems for production and research purposes
• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational compliance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to perform detailed quality inspections
• Ability to operate automated equipment
• Availability to work onsite in Houston, TX, on a Thursday – Sunday schedule (4:45 AM – 4:45 PM CST)
• Ability to travel up to 10%
