Operator III - Molding

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform production inspections every two hours and document results accurately
• Initiate batch paperwork and generate labels using the MMS system
• Record hourly production and input visual results into the Infinity QS system
• Load conveyors, sort trays, weigh count production, and pack parts
• Report abnormalities and corrective actions to shift leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean exercises, and 6S housekeeping responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures
• Ability to complete documentation legibly
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and climb ladders
• Ability to meet visual acuity requirements
• Must be able to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures and regulations
• Trained forklift driver
