Operator II, Production Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment within the Phaco Secondaries department
• Handle complex manual and operational tasks to ensure efficient production processes
• Manage resources and schedules to meet volume, cost, wastage, and quality targets
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs and maintaining strict documentation
• Review work orders and monitor operations to align with business objectives

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work onsite in Sinking Spring, PA
• Availability for 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday (2:30 PM EST – 10:30 PM EST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience is highly preferred
