Operator II, MNF

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical in-process testing to ensure high-quality standards for medical products
• Work from blueprints, diagrams, and process sheets to determine assembly procedures and safety precautions
• Rotate among various workstations and tasks to support department needs and cross-training
• Use simple machinery and basic chemicals to prepare component parts for assembly
• Diagnose faulty operations, product imperfections, or equipment malfunctions and report to technical personnel
• Maintain accurate inventory counts of completed work and monitor production schedules
• Package component parts and assemblies for shipment, ensuring all vital parts and instructions are included

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to lift 40lbs and work in various positions including standing and sitting
• Natural or corrected near-distance visual acuity of 20/25 and the ability to differentiate between colors
• Strong mechanical dexterity and the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing production methods, automation, and workstation rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in assembly or a related functional area
