Operator II

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly operations including soldering, using RTVS (room temperature vulcanization silicone), and epoxies
• Read, understand, and follow detailed assembly processes and documentation
• Assist in the setup of test equipment, such as leak testers and tensile testers
• Use measurement equipment to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Fold, label, and box products to meet shipping requirements
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards while working in various positions (standing or sitting)
• Keep accurate records and participate in team problem-solving activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in assembly or a related functional area
• Strong mechanical dexterity and the ability to maintain high accuracy during repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to differentiate between colors and maintain near-distance visual acuity
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing production methods or automation
