Operator II

Responsibilities

• Perform essential manufacturing duties including filler, chopper, or flavor technician operations
• Stage and verify correct raw materials for the batch making process
• Follow batch sheets, standard operating procedures (SOP), and HACCP requirements
• Conduct product screening for foreign materials and perform equipment calibration
• Complete all required production paperwork accurately
• Execute equipment changeovers and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including GMP, PPE, and LOTO

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven mechanical abilities
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
