Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute production tasks strictly following equipment operating procedures to ensure product quality and quantity
• Maintain high levels of sterility awareness, including sterilization of accessories and machinery to meet cleanroom requirements
• Manage material requisition according to production orders and perform timely data entry into the system
• Operate metal detectors to inspect materials and ensure foreign object control
• Control coating thickness and perform weighing of sealed materials after drying
• Install sieving machines and conduct integrity checks on sieves and magnetic bars
• Complete production records accurately and follow strict cleaning and disinfection protocols for clean zones
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the production supervisor

Requirements

• Secondary vocational school degree or above; majors in Mechanical, Electronic, Food, or Pharmaceutical sciences are preferred
• Ability to work in a cleanroom/clean workshop environment
• Experience with feeding and mixing processes is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve on-site faults according to SOPs
• Good physical health and ability to perform operator duties
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production experience in the biological, chemical, food, or healthcare industries
• Prior experience working specifically in cleanroom environments
• A proactive and responsible work attitude
