Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment independently or in a team environment following specific work instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety policies and 6S standards
• Utilize electronic devices to reference work instructions, control plans, and visual criteria while logging production numbers
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining production pace and quality standards to meet delivery and efficiency metrics
• Identify, escalate, and react to equipment problems or potential safety risks on the production floor
• Use fixtures, jigs, and hand tools to ensure proper positioning and movement of components
• Conduct autonomous maintenance and clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation
• Palletize processed parts into containers according to specified quantities and part tags

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of machine operation experience
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions
• Basic math, mechanical, and computer skills
• Ability to work the Y Shift (Friday–Sunday, 5 PM – 5 AM)
