Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform lot picking from shelf locations based on picking lists
• Conduct physical lot splitting and verify quantities for compliance
• Inspect customer labels and ensure all required documentation is included
• Execute pick/pack transactions within the system
• Pack physical lots into inner and outer boxes and operate packing equipment
• Complete daily Manufacturing Self Check (MSC) forms
• Report any discrepancies found during the picking process
• Move physical lots to the next stage of the manufacturing process
• Participate in cross-training activities to support employee development

Requirements

• High school graduate or currently at the college level
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office
• Positive work attitude and ability to work as a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a semiconductor logistics warehouse or shipping environment
