Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and sanitize high-speed filling and packaging equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Start up, shut down, and perform sanitation of production machinery
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and charts per government and company requirements
• Meet production efficiency targets and quality standards
• Follow all plant safety policies, GMP, and administrative procedures
• Maintain communication with team members and cross-functional partners
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly to supervision
• Assist in training new or existing operators during qualification

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, push, pull, and crouch for long periods (>10 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and greater than 50 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to wear all necessary personal protective equipment
