Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling and packaging equipment
• Perform startup, shutdown, and sanitation of high-speed machines according to SOP
• Maintain production efficiencies and targets
• Keep accurate logs, paperwork, and charts in compliance with government regulations
• Maintain plant cleanliness and report safety concerns promptly
• Assist in training new or existing operators

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for long periods (>10 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment
