Operator I: Entry Level Operator

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for personal safety by complying with safe working practices and PPE directions
• Follow all relevant process documentation, including risk analysis, process instructions, and standard work documents
• Support the operations team in executing activities and adhering to production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Complete all necessary batch sheets and handovers to ensure continuous production
• Propose suggestions for process improvements within your area of responsibility

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade A* to C, including English, Maths, and Science

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent) in an engineering or science-related subject
• Previous experience in the chemical process industry, engineering, or manufacturing
• Understanding of large-scale complex manufacturing facilities or plants
