Operator I

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Conduct daily inspections and report any identified problems or maintenance needs
• Perform necessary machine maintenance, sanitation, and housekeeping duties
• Maintain production rates and review quality control documentation
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel, including other shifts and management
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work above ground level on grated flooring and climb stairs or ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift
• Strong mechanical aptitude
