About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, welding, soldering, and x-ray operations on medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs
  • Use microscopes and precision tools to inspect, repair, and test electronic and mechanical components
  • Execute casting and coating functions, including removing excess epoxy and patching voids using specialized tools
  • Package medical devices and accessories while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and environmental standards
  • Work within a clean-room manufacturing environment following strict gowning and particle-free protocols

Requirements

  • 0-6 months of experience in a medical or other regulated production environment
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow complex written and verbal instructions
  • Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and computer software
  • Strong manual dexterity for handling and maneuvering small, delicate components
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage sequencing based on job importance
