Operator

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished aluminum containers to ensure quality standards for attributes, shoulder, and rim.
• Package finished products using tables and strapping machines.
• Operate strapping machines and perform strap changes to maintain process flow.
• Comply with all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Segregate and review non-conforming material for release or rework.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of machines and production lines.
• Print identification labels for pallets using the JD Edwards system.
• Notify previous process operators of visual defects for immediate correction.
• Support the training of new personnel and participate in continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• High school education (Secundaria).
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven skills in quality inspection and machine operation.
