Operator Experience Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign management for initiatives such as Future Menus Launch, Chefmanship Academy, and Innovation Blitz
• Manage the full marketing funnel from demand generation and lead capture to sales conversion
• Translate emerging food trends into commercially relevant concepts and storytelling frameworks
• Drive digital-first campaigns focused on lead generation, content strategy, and influencer management
• Partner with Customer Development and global tech teams to execute customized marketing approaches
• Track and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights regarding engagement and conversion

• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and demand generation
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives
• Data-driven decision-making skills and strong business acumen
• Ability to translate creative trends into actionable business ideas
• High level of agility and ownership in ambiguous environments
