Operator/Driver

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer sites in the Brisbane region to collect used cooking oils
• Operate rigid tanker trucks and transport waste to disposal plants for recycling
• Perform loading and unloading duties of waste products
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and vehicle records
• Maintain the presentation of the vehicle, both inside and out
• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting tasks

Requirements

• Hold a current unrestricted driver’s licence for a minimum of 24 months
• Driving history with a maximum of 8 demerit points remaining
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to pass a police check
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and high levels of manual handling
• No prior heavy vehicle driving experience is required
