Responsibilities

• Supervise activities in accordance with client requirements expressed through the SGS inspection order
• Act promptly to prevent any supervised activity deviation outside client limits
• Responsible for results and information provided regarding activities, including physical analysis results at reception points or on board vessels
• Manage samples from collection until handover to the authorized person
• Responsible for the application and tracking of seals
• Manage shift handovers and post takeovers
• Maintain confidentiality of all accessed information

Requirements

• High school education level
• Qualification as an agricultural technician, agricultural product inspector, or agronomist technician
• Attention to detail
• Professional integrity
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a grain inspector or grain elevator operator is an advantage
