Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform production and packing operations using technically complex machinery
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery to ensure continuous operation and efficiency
• Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality standards and process specifications are met
• Gather materials, relieve jams, and replenish packaging materials and finished stock
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with 5s/5m standards
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems for inventory control and accuracy
• Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or repetitive assembly preferred
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
