Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations to meet quality standards
• Assemble products using tools, fixtures, and machines such as drills, screws, and presses
• Read and accurately interpret sketches, work instructions, and technical information
• Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specific requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read assembly instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

• Previous experience working in an assembly or manufacturing facility
