Operator B

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and reconfigure machines and industrial installations
• Monitor and adjust the production process according to planning and specifications
• Identify and resolve malfunctions and process deviations
• Perform and assess quality controls and technical measurements
• Coordinate and support fellow operators within the shift
• Identify maintenance needs and perform simple maintenance tasks
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and work procedures, acting as a role model for the team

Requirements

• Completed education at MBO-3 level (process/technical direction) or an Operator B diploma (e.g., Vapro)
• Technical proficiency and relevant work experience in an industrial environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork
• Good physical health and fitness
• Proficiency in the Dutch language (written and oral)
• Availability to work in 3, 4, or 5-shift rotation schedules

• Starting salary of EUR 3,178 gross per month, with growth potential up to EUR 3,839 gross per month
