About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain production throughput, quality standards, and sanitation upkeep
- Manage and adjust process equipment to maximize production rates
- Conduct daily inspections and report any equipment or process problems
- Perform quality checks and review production records for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping
- Communicate effectively with plant personnel across different shifts and departments
Requirements
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 55 lbs
- Must possess or be able to obtain forklift training
- Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots (required by first day of employment)
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, and climb ladders for prolonged periods
