Operator

Responsibilities

• Solve daily production tasks and contribute to continuous improvements in the production process
• Participate actively in daily board meetings (tavlemøder)
• Work according to 5S and LEAN methodologies to maintain quality and efficiency
• Contribute to a strong community with a focus on teamwork and a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in industrial production
• Strong technical understanding
• Basic IT skills at a user level
• Proficiency in Danish; English skills are an advantage
• Interest in or experience with LEAN and 5S methodologies
• Reliable, structured, and quality-conscious approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an epoxy certificate (epoxybevis)
