Operator (Admix)

Responsibilities

• Produce liquid admixture products by following specific formulas and procedures
• Batch materials into mixers and maintain accurate production records
• Perform quality control testing on samples and enter data into SAP
• Prepare, label, and load pails, drums, totes, and tanker trucks for shipping
• Conduct equipment calibrations and preventative maintenance inspections
• Operate forklifts and other plant equipment safely
• Monitor wastewater pH levels and perform general housekeeping and plant cleaning
• Assist with production planning and raw material ordering

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 30kg and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with construction materials
• Existing forklift certification
