Operator Acid Activation PUR & KA

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production plants in the acid activation area (Purification & KA)
• Ensure timely manufacturing of high-quality products while optimizing productivity and plant utilization
• Document production data in shift logs and maintain silo levels and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Perform regular control rounds, sample raw materials, and report malfunctions to initiate countermeasures
• Participate in maintenance tasks, including autonomous minor repairs and lubrication
• Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and environmental standards (ISO, ESHA, and process safety)
• Support continuous improvement programs regarding cost, energy, quality, and sustainability

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Chemikant, Schlosser, or in a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a production environment
• Experience working in shift rotations
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Competence in using MS Office, Win CC, and MES systems
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment
