Operator A

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various production machines
• Perform regular quality controls to ensure product standards are met
• Set up, adjust, and regulate installations and peripheral equipment
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with environmental regulations
• Perform machine cleaning and first-line maintenance during stops
• Actively participate in improvement groups and operator meetings

Requirements

• Completed education at MBO 2 level (process technical direction) or an Operator A diploma (e.g., Vapro)
• Technical expertise and relevant work experience
• Strong sense of initiative, quality, and safety awareness
• Possession of a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Ability and willingness to work in 3, 4, or 5-shift rotations
• Good physical health and stamina

• Starting salary of EUR 3,049 gross per month, with growth potential up to EUR 3,358
