About the role
Responsibilities
- Support compressor manufacturing operations during Shift A (Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
- Maintain a strong focus on personal safety and operational safety protocols
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to company ethical standards and behavioral guidelines
- Perform manufacturing tasks as required to meet production goals
Requirements
- Minimum education: Secundaria (Middle School)
- At least 3 months of experience working in a maquiladora environment
- Availability to rotate shifts as required by the company
- Availability to work overtime when necessary
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in compressor manufacturing
