Responsibilities

• Train and assess new team members to ensure operational proficiency
• Schedule and coordinate personnel to meet production targets based on instructions
• Supervise the execution of technical processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of production and auxiliary records
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain stable operational status
• Manage team safety, organize safety training, and implement measures to eliminate hazards
• Maintain 5S standards within the assigned work area
• Handle emergency responses, including equipment failures and unexpected incidents
• Act as shift leader in the absence of the supervisor to ensure continuity

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in the chemical industry
• Basic English proficiency (ability to read and understand technical documentation)
