Operator 2

Responsibilities

• Operate, control, and monitor production equipment and facilities according to operational documents
• Record measurement values and analysis results, reporting any process deviations or abnormalities
• Inspect and monitor onsite equipment, instruments, and pipelines, performing immediate corrections or reporting faults
• Supply and feed raw materials, auxiliary materials, and recycled materials into the process via manual or feeding equipment
• Perform cleaning, sweeping, and site clearing after production or packaging is complete
• Assist in investigations regarding safety or quality incidents and implement corrective/preventive measures
• Handle raw material unloading and product packaging
• Operate utility equipment, including explosion-proof, electric, and high-altitude forklifts
• Conduct onsite inspections twice per shift to record equipment data and identify abnormalities
• Adhere to safety regulations, MSDS guidelines, and 5S workplace standards

Requirements

• High school or technical secondary school diploma in chemical engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working in the chemical industry
• Basic English reading proficiency
