Operator 1, Test Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate tester and handler machines to meet production output standards
• Review product quality against specifications to minimize rejects
• Perform real-time visual inspections of completed units
• Maintain accurate data records in CAMSTAR and traveler documentation
• Ensure equipment, materials, and work areas conform to health and safety regulations
• Maintain good housekeeping practices within the assigned area of responsibility
• Consolidate and report potential problems or suggestions to supervisors
• Follow all company policies, working rules, and work instruction procedures

Requirements

• Experience operating tester and handler machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections of products
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate production data and documentation
• Commitment to following strict health, safety, and quality regulations
• Ability to work according to established work instructions and procedures
