Operator 1, Test Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate tester and handler machines to meet production output standards
• Ensure equipment, materials, and work areas conform to all health and safety regulations
• Continually review product quality against specifications to minimize rejects
• Perform real-time visual inspections of completed units and provide feedback for improvement
• Maintain assigned areas using good housekeeping practices
• Accurately record all data in traveler documents and CAMSTAR systems
• Follow all company policies, working rules, and work instruction procedures
• Consolidate and report potential problems, issues, or suggestions to supervisors

Requirements

• Experience operating tester and handler machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to review product quality against technical specifications
• Proficiency in recording data accurately within manufacturing systems (e.g., CAMSTAR)
• Commitment to following strict work instruction procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to maintain organized and clean workspaces
