About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor test equipment and handlers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform loading and unloading of devices on test machines
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to technicians or engineers as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, lot movement, and equipment status
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs
- Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic understanding of test equipment and manufacturing processes
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
