Operator 1, Test Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor test equipment and handlers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform loading and unloading of devices on test machines
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to technicians or engineers as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results, lot movement, and equipment status
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic understanding of test equipment and manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training
• Experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment
