Responsibilities

• Support and implement Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS), and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) protocols
• Verify all documentation prior to endorsement to ensure instructions were clearly executed and followed
• Expedite the movement of lots from cage operations to line set-up and probe stations
• Monitor production downtime and provide necessary materials for set-up based on scheduler requirements
• Identify and retrieve required hardware, such as load boards and probe cards, for newly converted stations
• Ensure proper handling of equipment like trolleys and pushcarts when transferring lots
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards at all lot racks
• Escalate any production line problems or emergency situations to the Supervisor on duty

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work specifications
• Ability to wear required protective equipment
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or background in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
