Operative Projektassistenz (m/w) - Fokus Event & Technik

Responsibilities

• Support the team operationally and strategically in planning, managing, and implementing projects, including event management and daily business operations.
• Manage technical setups for webinars and digital environments, including camera, audio, and various webinar tools.
• Optimize internal processes and scalability through the use of AI and automation.
• Prepare presentations, decision-making bases, and conduct structured research on service providers, locations, and market developments.
• Accompany exclusive business events on-site in Dubai, handling guest care, check-ins, and coordination of event flows.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and provide hands-on support during high-pressure situations, including occasional work outside of standard hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in event technology, event management, or a comparable operational field.
• High affinity for hardware and software with the ability to learn new tools extremely quickly.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance workflows.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional under extreme stress, such as during live productions.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
• A proactive "all-in" mentality and a preference for working on-site rather than remotely.
