Operative Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of solution packages and features into the NR product
• Secure all necessary resources, including personnel and labs, to deliver solution packages on schedule and with high quality
• Coordinate with program management, other solution package drivers, and line management to identify and address impediments
• Ensure all required processes are strictly followed during the design, development, integration, and verification phases
• Provide regular reporting on progress and impediments through participation in project, program, and technical forums
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, integration, or verification
• Domain experience in communication technology, preferably with knowledge of cellular or wireless networking
• Strong Project and Program Management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
