Operative Packaging Staff

Responsibilities

• Process production orders according to specifications
• Document all production activities accurately
• Report deviations and irregularities, such as equipment malfunctions, during production
• Monitor and control premises and equipment
• Assist in the introduction of new equipment, products, or production processes
• Participate in various projects
• Support continuous improvement processes within the packaging department

Requirements

• Pharmakant or a comparable professional qualification
• At least two years of professional experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical company
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
• Ability to think structurally and maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment
